Although commercial and office cleaning may not seem to be rocket science, there are often many questions which we have. Many of our clients often spring up questions and whilst we are more than happy to answer your question any time, we thought wouldn’t it be a great idea if we could create a resource of the most commonly asked questions and make it available to our clients so they could access them instantly instead of having to wait around. After all customer service is what we are good at.

  • 1. Will you give me a quote over the telephone or will you come and do a site survey?
    The best way to give you an accurate quote is for us to come for a quick site inspection and give you a quote on the spot. That way we can understand what is required and give you an accurate quote. Don't worry our field coordinators are experts and will ensure and it won’t take more than 15 minutes.
  • 2. How often the cleaning is scheduled?
    Considering your office space is used at least 5 times a week, we advise cleaning to be scheduled every day. After all you want your office to be bright and sparkling every day.
  • 3. Can I schedule the cleaning timings to my preference?
    Absolutely! After all it's all about your convenience. We have various scheduled during which we send our cleaners to clean offices. You can choose a time convenient to yourself.
  • 4. Do the cleaners do only office cleaning or any kind of commercial cleaning?
    Our cleaners are experts in all kinds of commercial cleaning which include offices, retails outlets, showrooms, spas, salons, commercial and industrial warehouses.
  • 5. Will I get the same cleaner every day?
    Whilst we endeavor to assign the same cleaners to specific offices, all our cleaners are equally trained and understand their duties really well.
  • 7. Are the cleaners verified and pre-screened?
    Most definitely! We do not engage or onboard any cleaner unless they have been verified, vetted and pre-screened to meet all the safety and mandatory requirements.
  • 8. If I am not happy with the service, what do I do?
    Whilst this is a rarity, if you are not happy with the service you can call us anytime and tell us what the exact problem is and we will remediate the issue immediately. You can be assured that service excellence is very important to us and that is why we have Monthly Assessment and Performance reports.
  • 9. Can I supply the cleaning products myself or do you insist on supplying it yourself?
    Again you have a choice available. If you wish to supply your own cleaning materials and equipment you can do so and the quote will be slightly lesser to reflect that accordingly. The choice is yours again.
  • 10. Are there flexible payment options available?
    We understand that we live in a world of convenience and options so we have flexible payment options which include Cheque, Bank Transfers and Credit Card facilities.
